No, please do not change the name, username, and/or email in an existing user’s account. In order to keep our giving history accurate, please contact us and we will be happy to create a new account for you, or update your account with any changes.
Please provide the following information when requesting a new user account:
- Your name
- Position in the organization
- Start date in your current position
- Phone number
- Email address
To update an existing record please let us know what changes need to be made.
Everyone with access to your portal account will be able to view all of your organization’s past submissions and edit current ones.
